HELPER VPS

VPS payment: steps and discounts for paying with USDT and other coins

Every HELPER VPS server is created when you pay for it directly in the checkout. Choose your specs and billing period in the create server screen, press Pay to open the secure PayGate checkout window, pick your coin there and send to create your server.

How payments work

When you create a server, choose a billing period of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months and pay to use it for that period. 3 months save 10%, 6 months save 15%, 12 months save 25%. Pay the renewal invoice before the period ends to keep your server running.

If you do not renew, the server is suspended and waits for 3 days. Pay the renewal within that time to turn it back on. Check the time left and renew on the server page.

Payment steps

Step 1. Open the checkout

Choose your specs and billing period in the create server screen, press Pay and the secure PayGate (paygate.cx) checkout window opens. The minimum payment is $25.

Step 2. Choose the coin and email

In the checkout, choose the coin and network: USDT (TRON, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana), USDC (BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana), BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL and LTC, 12 methods in all. Enter an email for your receipt too. Each payment has a processing fee, shown in the checkout and added to the total: 5% from $20, 3% from $40, 2% from $100, 1.75% from $200, 1.5% from $300 and 1% from $500.

Step 3. Send within 60 minutes

The checkout shows the amount to send and the receiving address. The checkout and the address stay valid for 60 minutes. In your wallet or exchange, choose the same coin and network you picked in the checkout and send the amount shown to the address shown. If the time has passed, press Pay again to open a new checkout.

Step 4. Confirm server creation

After you send, the checkout waits for the deposit and updates by itself. Once the payment is confirmed, your server is created and appears in the dashboard. If there is a problem, our staff will check and contact you.

Tips for sending the exact amount

When withdrawing from an exchange, the withdrawal fee is often taken from the amount sent. Check the actual amount to be received on the exchange screen before withdrawing, so the amount received matches the amount shown in the checkout. When sending from a personal wallet, you need a little of that network's fee coin in the wallet (TRX on TRON, BNB on BNB Chain, ETH on Ethereum, SOL on Solana).

Even if a slightly different amount arrives, the deposit is kept safely as under review, and our staff check the amount received and process it. For questions, once your first payment is confirmed, leave a message on the support page with the code from your invoice history.

Billing period discounts

When you pay for your server in 3, 6 or 12 month periods, the price is discounted. 3 months save 10%, 6 months save 15%, 12 months save 25%.

The discount is applied right at payment. If you plan to use the server for several months, the longer the period you pay for at once, the higher the discount rate.

Which billing period should I choose?

Decide based on how long you will use the server. The summary on the right of the create server page shows the total price including specs and period right away, so check that amount and decide.

  • To try out one server: start with 1 month, and renew for a longer period when you like it.
  • For a server you will keep for months: choose 3, 6 or 12 months to get the discount and have fewer renewals.
  • If you use several servers: you can set a different period for each one.

You can renew at any time before the period ends. When renewing, choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 months again for the same discounts.

Common situations and what to do

  • The checkout time has passed: if you have not sent yet, press Pay again and send in the new checkout. If you already sent, once your first payment is confirmed, leave the invoice code and the transaction ID (TXID) on the support page and we will check and process it.
  • The amount I sent differs from the amount on screen: the deposit is kept safely as Checking, and staff check the amount received and process it.
  • I sent from an exchange but it is still pending: first check whether a TXID has appeared in the exchange's withdrawal history. While the exchange is processing the withdrawal, it has not gone out to the network yet, so wait a little longer.
  • I started a payment by mistake: if you have not sent yet, close the checkout and press Pay again.

Invoice codes always stay in your invoice history table, so when you ask on the support page, just give us the one code and we can find it and reply right away.

How refunds work

When a refund is needed, it is returned to your account credit so you can use it right away for other servers or products. Credit is applied automatically to your next invoice.

  • If a server cannot be created, the amount paid goes straight back to your account credit.
  • If a product you ordered cannot be prepared, the amount paid goes back to your account credit.
  • When you delete a server, there are no charges from the next billing date. The remaining time of a period already paid is not refunded.
  • Account credit is not withdrawn; it is taken off the next invoice you pay first.

Full details are in the refund policy. Check the monthly price for each server in advance on the pricing page.

Features that open after first payment

Once your first payment is confirmed, more features become available in your account.

  • API keys: create a key to create and manage servers from your own programs. How to use it is in the API quick start.
  • Contact: ask about any topic on the support page, including servers, payments, your account and the API.

View invoice history

The invoice history in the billing menu keeps the code, amount and status of each payment.

The invoice history table records server creation, renewals and refunds one line at a time, with the time (UTC). Use this table as is for your bookkeeping. Once you have paid, start your server with the first login guide.
