Server not created
If a server cannot be created, its first month returns to your balance at once. If the cloud partner gives no clear answer, the server shows Being checked until our staff confirm it, and then it is either finished or refunded.
Deleting a server
When you delete a server, the rest of its paid month is not refunded.
Balance
Your balance does not expire. Balances are not paid out in crypto or cash, except where a top-up was clearly sent by mistake; write to Support with the top-up code.
Top-ups
A top-up is added once the exact amount arrives at the address made for it and, where needed, after a check by our staff. Payments of a different amount or on another network may take longer to check or may be lost.
