Sending spam or bulk unsolicited messages; attacks of any kind, including denial of service; scanning or brute forcing other networks; running open proxies or open mail relays for others to abuse; phishing, fraud and malware; content that is illegal where the server is located or where you are.
Outgoing port 25 is closed on every server. Use a mail service that accepts other ports.
Resources
Do not use a server in a way that harms other customers or the network, for example by flooding it.
What happens
We may stop, suspend or delete servers that break this policy, and keep the records needed to deal with abuse. The rest of the month is not refunded in that case.
Reports
If you believe a HELPER VPS server was used against you, create a free account (it takes seconds, no top-up needed) and send an abuse report from Support, with times (UTC), the server IP and logs.
