The service
HELPER VPS sells virtual private servers (cloud servers) by the month. Servers run on infrastructure provided by our cloud partners in the locations listed on the site.
Your account
Your account is identified by a token. Anyone with the token can use the account and its servers, so keep it private. A lost token cannot be recovered.
Billing
Each server is paid 30 days ahead from your prepaid balance in US dollars. It renews every 30 days. If the balance is too low on that day, the server is stopped and later deleted as described on the pricing page.
Your data
You are responsible for your server's content and for backups. A deleted or reinstalled server's disk cannot be restored.
Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may stop or delete servers that break it.
Availability
We work to keep servers running but do not promise a specific uptime. Maintenance or partner problems may interrupt service.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
