What we store
A hash of your account token, your balance and its changes, your servers and their settings, your SSH public keys, a server's root password for 7 days after it is set (encrypted), your top-ups with their blockchain transaction, your support messages, and basic request data for our website: IP address, browser type, language and the page you first opened.
Your server's content
We do not look at the data on your servers. Our cloud partners may act on servers as needed to run the platform or to deal with abuse.
Why
To run your account and servers, take payments, answer support and prevent abuse.
Sharing
We share data only with the cloud partner that runs your server, with the payment system that watches for your top-up, or when the law requires it.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in and one remembers your language. There are no advertising cookies.
Keeping and deleting
Records are kept while your account is in use and as long as needed for payments and abuse handling. Ask Support to have your account closed.
