How fast is a server created?
Right after you pay, the server is created. It shows Running in your account when it is ready to log in.
How does billing work?
The first month (30 days) is paid when you create the server. It renews from your balance every 30 days.
What if my balance runs out?
On the renewal day the server is stopped. It is deleted 3 days later unless you pay a month before then.
Do I get root access?
Yes. You log in as root over SSH with the password shown in your account, or with your SSH key.
Can I change the operating system?
Yes. Reinstall from the server page. It erases the disk and installs the system you pick.
Can I send mail from the server?
Outgoing port 25 is closed on every server, so it cannot send mail directly. Use a mail service that accepts other ports.
Is there a refund when I delete a server?
No. Deleting a server ends it at once and the rest of its month is not refunded. If a server could not be created, the month is returned to your balance.
How do I pay?
Top up your balance with USDT on the TRON network (TRC20), from $50 to $10,000. Servers are paid from the balance.
Is there an API?
Yes. After your first top-up you can create an API key and create, power and delete servers from your own software.
